German Government has offered to Albania the opportunity to receive a loan going up to 4.5 million euros for the project “Educational fund for vocational training and employment.”-Scan TV reads.
This financial cooperation comes as a result of an agreement between the two governments to contribute to social and economic development in Albania.
According to the decision published in Albania’s Official Journal, the project can be replaced by other projects if the two governments agree to.
The agreement is in force even if Albania needs loans or other financing means for the preparation of the project mentioned above, or accompanying measures necessary for the implementation and supervision of the project.
The using of the mentioned amount, the conditions through which it is made available, and the order procedure are all laid down in contracts to be concluded between “Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau” and the recipients of the amount of funding, which are subject to legal provisions that are in force in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The agreement is canceled if appropriate financing contracts are not signed within a period of six years. The deadline for the amount mentioned is December 31, 2022.
