The State Police has taken measures to avoid incidents and increase the security for the citizens during the Easter days.
These measures have been taken following an alert given by the US Embassy, which warned yesterday that terrorist attacks might take place in our country.
Therefore, they have assigned patrols of the police officers in national roads and main rural axes, while the measures in harbors, airports and border -crossing points, have been intensified in order to create legal facilities for local citizens and foreigners, and avoid delays and creation of queues.
At the end of the notice, the State Police wishes all Albanians a “Happy Easter!”, ensuring them once again the prevention of that any criminal activity will be prevented.
It is unknown; whether or not the State Police has information about any potential terrorist attack that might happen in Albania today.
