European Union Office in Kosovo requires election process of June 11 to be fair and in accordance with European standards in order to produce a result which can be acceptable by all the parties.
“Regarding the electoral process, Kosovo must demonstrate the ability to organize fair and free elections in accordance with European standards,” EU official media in Pristina reads.
When asked about the addition of adherence of civil society to political parties, EU bureaucrats find that “everyone has the right to be included in public life according to preferences”.
There are dozens of civil society activists joining the Democratic League of Kosovo, which has now entered a pre-election coalition with the New Kosovo Alliance.
