Central Election Commission approved today OSCE / ODIHR’s request for 39 (thirty-nine) long-term observers accreditation as well as the request from the American Democratic Institute (NDI) for the accreditation of 7 (seven) long-term observers.
The CEC decided to approve the request of the American Democratic Institute (NDI) for the accreditation of 7 (seven) long-term observers.
The OSCE/ODIHR monitoring mission, headed by Swedish expert, Peter Tejler, started on May 9 in Albania. This is the 12th mission of the ODIHR in Albania while the last one monitored the local elections of 2015.
