Austrian Ambassador Johann Sattler commented today on the political situation in the country. Following the agreement between the parties, Sattler says many positive things will come for Albanians:
“The agreement between the majority and the opposition will bring positive things to Albanians. The essence of democracy is free elections and the race needs to put competitors ahead.”
The agreement between Rama and Basha was reached in the early hours of the Thursday morning, three months after the protest of the opposition in the “Tent of Freedom”, which was removed yesterday from the “Dëshmorët e Kombit” boulevard.
